AviSense.ai is a spin-off of the Research Centre Athena and the University of Patras, dedicated to revolu-tionizing how vehicles interact with drivers. Our vision is to redefine vehicle communication by intro-ducing advanced perception and interaction technologies powered by Extended Reality (XR), enhancing driver awareness. Our mission is to transform Connected and Automated Vehicles (CAVs) into intelligent driving partners using cutting-edge AI, data fusion, and XR technologies. By enhancing the perception and situational awareness of CAVs, we aim to lead the evolution of smart mobility and set new standards for safety and innovation on the road. We employ cooperative, active, transfer, and federated learning paradigms and the utilization of explainability, model compression, and acceleration techniques ensure the optimal performance on diverse learning methods and AI transparency to ensure our systems operate at their best. AviSense.ai has a patent application in PCT/EP2022/062954 “Methods for receiving, pro-cessing, and AR displaying 3D objects in real-time cooperative driving conditions for situational aware-ness".

Academia and Research institutes in automotive research. ### POTENTIAL OFFERS TO THE SPACE ECOSYSTEM AviSense CAV simulation platform: A comprehensive simulation platform specifically crafted for developing, validating, and testing Autonomous Driving software, with a special focus on scenarios involving constrained spaces. Its highly optimized and scalable architecture makes it an ideal choice for simulating CAVs, also performing radio propagation in V2X communication, based on ITS-G5 standard. This platform will be extended to simulate modern GNSS technology enabling the simultaneous reception of signals from numerous satellites, delivering precise location information. The accuracy of simulating the modern GNSS technologies within the available simulator will be cross validated using the AviSense extended vision suite both in the real vehicle and simulator.
