INTRACOM DEFENSE S.A. (IDE) is one of Greece's major system providers in the defence, aerospace, and security sectors. IDE designs, develops, and manufactures state-of-the-art communications and electronic systems, encryption devices, command, control, and communication systems (C3), unmanned systems, hybrid energy systems, missile electronics, testing equipment, and advanced software applica-tions. IDE participates in joint multinational development and production programmes in cooperation with major international defense system manufacturers and research organisations. IDE operates sophisticated R&D Laboratories within its facilities. The company’s products are designed to meet very high standards in terms of quality, environmental protection, EMI/EMC, QoS, interference security (TRANSEC and COMSEC), and cybersecurity. IDE extends its application area to the space sector and already invests in people, equipment, and facilities in this direction.
